My recent stay had its ups and downs. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, though I found it a bit too dark. Service was friendly, but the restaurant staff could use a little more training. Overall, while there are some aspects needing improvement, it still offers good value for money.

I had an amazing time at this resort, especially with the incredible service from the staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. The location is perfect, right on Kuta Beach, allowing for peaceful moments away from the busy streets. On the downside, the room lighting was quite dim, which made it hard to read at times, and there were some noisy nights thanks to nearby events.

I had an amazing stay at this resort. It was impressively tranquil, clean, and featured a lovely pool. The location was perfect, away from the hustle of Kuta yet conveniently close to quality shopping. The service was exceptional, with staff remembering my coffee preferences daily. The dining on the beach was a fantastic romantic touch. However, the breakfast options could have been more varied.
